Jim is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX at the Crossing specializing in the selling and
marketing of new construction and existing residential real estate. Jim is able to provide a
comprehensive market analysis of residential real estate.
BACKGROUND/ACHIEVEMENTS
Prior to joining RE/MAX, I spent over 10 years as a Project Sales & Marketing Manager in the New
Home Construction Industry with Custom and Production Home sales in excess of $60 million dollars.
I have continued that trend as a multi million-dollar producer in the residential market place with closed
sales in excess of $80 Million. I possess exceptional skills in negotiating financial transactions,
executing business and marketing plans, managing multiple projects and providing excellent service. I
am committed to professionalism and also dedicated to providing you with the best information
available to make your home buying or selling decisions.

A native of Indianapolis, I have been married to Lisa since 1999 and together we are raising our nieces
Sarah age 7, Grace age 3, and nephew LJ age 5. We are part of a very large, close-knit family, and
enjoy family activities, cooking, sports, and, whenever time permits, traveling.
